Wohltuende Stille: Ja, bitte!

Vielleicht hast Du schon einmal diese wohltuende Stille in den Bergen erlebt oder erinnerst Dich an einen Sonnenaufgang, der Dich ganz in seinen Bann gezogen hat. Es ist auf einmal völlig ruhig und wie aus dem Nichts breitet sich ein unglaubliches Gefühl von Weite im Inneren aus. Wir stehen da und staunen, fühlen uns verbunden mit der Natur, verbunden mit uns selbst. Im Hier und Jetzt, einfach glücklich.

Stille als innerer, weiter, offener Zustand entsteht, wenn wir ganz mit dem gegenwärtigen Augenblick verbunden sind, uns in Einklang mit dem Leben fühlen. Nicht verloren in Erinnerungen oder Erwartungen, ohne bewerten oder vergleichen zu müssen, ohne Widerstand. Alles Trennende löst sich auf in dieser wohltuenden Stille. Es gibt kein gestern und kein morgen, alles ist jetzt. Stille entsteht, wenn wir einfach da sind und uns auf das Leben einlassen.

Die Schönheit der Natur besitzt die Kraft, unser Denken zur Ruhe zu bringen, uns ein Gefühl von Weite, Offenheit und Verbundensein zu vermitteln. Alles, was uns vielleicht belastet, wird zumindest für den Moment nebensächlich, ein Gefühl von Leichtigkeit breitet sich. Wäre es nicht schön, diesen Zustand auch öfter im Alltag zu erleben?
